Share order details, issue description, and photos/video of the product if required.
Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours.
If approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
A replacement may be provided if:
The product is damaged or defective
The wrong item was delivered
Replacements are subject to stock availability.
If the product is out of stock, we may offer:
Another product of equivalent value, OR
A full refund
Refunds will be approved after:
The returned product is received
The quality check is completed
The issue is verified

7–10 working days for bank transfers

You may cancel your order:

If the order is already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds for cancelled orders follow the same refund timeline mentioned above.
If the package looks tampered or damaged at delivery:
Please refuse to accept the package
Notify us immediately
If accepted, provide photos/videos within 24 hours of delivery.
We are not responsible for refunds sent to incorrect account details provided by the customer.
Please ensure all bank information is accurate.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective product), the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
If return is due to customer reasons (changed mind, ordered wrong item), shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
